John Deere’s Gator Utility Vehicles (GUVs) come in several different sizes with varying performance specs. Here are a few of the basics you’ll need to know when picking which one’s right for you.
Mid-Size GUVs
Up to 32 horsepower

Full-Size GUVs

Choosing the right golf cart comes down to your specific towing and hauling needs, as well as your horsepower requirements. Hillier courses, or demanding workloads will be better suited for a higher horsepower model like a full-sized gator. Another detail to consider is seating options. All John Deere GUVs can seat at least two passengers, while a full-sized gator can fit up to four.
